- 6 hours of phone, remote or on-site support
- 24 hour response time
- Extended support hours
- 20% rate discount for additional support time
Gold Package
Gold Package includes the following:
- 10 hours of phone, remote or on-site support
- 24 hour response time
- Extended support hours
- 20% rate discount for additional support time
- Remote data backup service
